how can we cure juban and ebna juban from the problems that face us today?

i am very concerned about juban these days and the problems its facing.
and the problems that we have with each other .every one from ebna juban know we have hatred for each other ,whether its coming from tribe stand or just hatred born within us.i see alot of differences .my Q is how can we cure the probelm.........................................
